Lake Forest Country Day School's athletic facilities are used for most indoor sports, including volleyball, basketball, gymnastics, and a variety of other activities for Lower School students. The expansive gymnasium is equipped with fourteen baskets, an electronic scoreboard, bleachers and a resilient, all purpose synthetic floor. The building also features a climbing wall. Locker rooms are available for all students, faculty, visiting teams and officials.

The outdoor athletic facilities are equally extensive, with playing fields that accommodate soccer, football and field hockey programs.
