Lower School (Grades 1–4), August 22–25
Language Arts: 3:00–3:45 p.m. ($125.00)Math: 3:45–4:30 p.m. ($125.00)
Students will sharpen their Language Arts and Math skills in a variety of ways that are age-appropriate and prepare them for the next grade level.
Taught by Glenda Barnwell (incoming Grade 1), Kelly Scott (incoming Grade 2), Claire Holland (incoming Grade 3), and Vera Murphy (incoming Grade 4)
Upper School (Grades 5–8), August 15–19
Math Enrichment: 9:00–10:30 a.m. ($275.00)
Multiple levels of both math review and enrichment designed for Grade 5-8 students. Concepts to be covered range from decimal, fraction, and percent review through solving multiple-step equations and inequalities. Geometry topics including area, perimeter, surface area, and volume are also examined. Higher-level critical thinking will be addressed through the use of calculators and technology in addition to using math-based manipulative. Students who have completed a course in Algebra 1 will be able to solidify their understanding of such advanced topics as power rules, radicals, rationales, factoring, polynomials, inequalities, functions, and quadratics.

Volley Ball Clinic: 10:30 a.m.–12:00 noon ($275.00)
Work on Volley Ball skills and prepare for the upcoming season. Taught by Janie Hodgikson.
