Students from age 2 through Grade 8 are inspired academically while given the freedom to explore, take meaningful risks, and discover what they're capable of. Because teachers understand how each student learns and who they are beyond the classroom, rigor becomes personal. At LFCDS, teachers know every student as an individual: how they learn, what motivates them, where they thrive, and what they need to continue growing.

Small class sizes of approximately 15 students create the time and space for meaningful relationships, allowing teachers to personalize learning based on each child's unique strengths and needs.

Because teachers develop a deep understanding of each student, they are able to differentiate instruction in real time, while still ensuring both personal and academic growth.

Kids learn how to prepare and present themselves, use their voice, and advocate for their ideas. They leave unafraid to speak up publicly in rooms of any size.

LFCDS fosters a culture where it’s cool to be smart, be curious, think critically, and to have a point of view. In this day and age of Chat GPT and Tik Tok, learning how to form, articulate, and defend ideas will be one of, if not the biggest, key differentiators amongst people.
