The Merit Scholarship

The LFCDS Merit Scholar Program recognizes exceptional incoming fifth-grade students who bring strong academic ability, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to community. Two merit-based scholarships, covering up to full tuition, are awarded each year to new students whose families share our belief that the best schools are built on deep partnership between students, faculty, and parents.

Scholarships are renewable annually through eighth grade for students who remain in good standing. Candidates complete a separate application that includes an entrance examination and writing sample.
