On Friday, April 25, the Upper School gathered for the finals of the Robbie Bermingham Public Speaking Contest. A cherished LFCDS tradition, the contest requires Upper School English students to write a speech and recite it for their English classmates. Class winners advance to grade-level finals; those winners speak at an assembly before the entire Upper School. The 8th grade finalists deliver their speeches at the assembly; the overall contest winner is selected from this group.
A co-educational independent private school for students age 2 through Grade 8. Graduating students of strong character with a passion for learning since 1888.
